Who we are
This store is operated by Print Fast Express (Pty) Ltd, trading as Print Fast Express. We are a reseller: most products come from third-party suppliers, and branding and printing are carried out by our production partners, managed by us.
Product information
Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colours, stock levels and lead times are supplied by manufacturers and suppliers and are shown in good faith as a guide. Photographs may show a sample or mockup, and the item you receive may differ slightly. Brand names and trade marks belong to their owners; showing them does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Prices and stock
Prices are in South African rand and include VAT at 15%. Setup, branding, express and delivery charges are shown separately. Stock is not reserved until your order is confirmed. If an item is no longer available, or a price was shown in error, we will tell you before production and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Orders, proofs and production
An order is accepted once payment reflects (or a purchase order is accepted on an approved account) and you have approved your proof. Check the proof carefully: we produce what you approve. Production times run in working days from proof approval and are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations
You may cancel before you approve your proof for a refund, less any supplier or setup costs already incurred. Once production has started an order cannot be cancelled.
Your artwork
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image and text you send us, and you accept responsibility for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights. We may decline artwork that is unlawful or offensive.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed event. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed.
