Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We courier anywhere in South Africa. Courier charges are calculated at checkout by weight and destination; large or bulky items are quoted individually.

Collection

Collect free from our Cape Town collection point, 4 Albert Road, Cape Town, 7779 (collection point), once we tell you the order is ready. Durban collection is by appointment only. 

How long it takes

Delivery time is production time plus courier time. Production is shown on each product and runs in working days from proof approval. Courier time is usually 1 to 3 working days to main centres and 3 to 7 to outlying areas. All times are estimates: stock and production are handled by our suppliers and partners, and couriers set their own schedules. If you have a fixed event date, tell us before you order.

On delivery

Someone must be available to receive the parcel. Check it on arrival and note any visible damage with the courier. Report damage, shortages or wrong items within days, with photographs. Repeated failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address or no one being available may be charged. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or the Protection of Personal Information Act.
