Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through the Print Fast Express online store. We ship within South Africa only.


1. Delivery options

2. Production time vs delivery time

Custom print and branding orders are made to order. Delivery times above start from dispatch, not from order placement. Production turnaround is shown on each product page and is measured from proof approval and cleared payment. As a guide:

  • Standard document printing, business cards, flyers: 1–2 business days
  • Branded apparel, mugs, and merchandise: 2–4 business days
  • Large-format banners, posters, signage, and bulk runs: 3–7 business days (produced at our central factory in Durban)

Standard retail products are dispatched within 1 business day.

3. Order tracking

You will receive order updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp at each stage: order confirmed → in production (custom orders) → dispatched (with tracking number) → out for delivery / ready for collection. Tracking links are provided for all courier deliveries.

4. Couriers we use

Parcels are delivered by our own dispatch fleet or by our partner networks — The Courier Guy, PUDO, Pargo, and Aramex — whichever best serves your address. Locker and counter collection points are available through the PUDO and Pargo networks at checkout.

5. Collection in store

Orders for collection are held at your chosen outlet for 14 days from the "Ready for collection" notice. Bring your order number and ID or the collection PIN we send you. Uncollected orders may be returned to stock (retail items, refunded less any costs) or securely disposed of (custom print items, without refund) after 30 days.

6. Delivery address and failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout — couriers rely on them. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after the courier's standard attempts, the parcel is routed to the nearest collection point or returned to us; re-delivery may carry an additional fee.

7. Risk and damage in transit

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or hand-over at a collection point. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and contents — we will claim against the courier and reprint or replace the goods per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Delays

Delivery estimates are made in good faith but courier delays (weather, load-shedding, peak season) can occur and are outside our control. If your order is materially delayed, contact us and we will track it down; if a custom order cannot be delivered at all, we will reprint or refund it.
