How does pricing work at Print Fast Express?

Every product is sold in quantity packs — 1 (sample), 5, 25, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 units. The price shown is the total for the selected pack and includes branding, setup and professional artwork/design. Larger quantities cost less per unit. Prices exclude VAT and shipping.

How much does it cost to brand promotional pens in South Africa?

On runs of 1000 or more, branded pens start from under R4 per unit — including branding with your logo, setup fees and artwork (excluding VAT). Smaller runs cost more per unit; the exact pack price for every quantity is shown on each product page.

What is included in the price?

One branding method and position, all setup fees, and professional artwork/design. No hidden extras. VAT and shipping are excluded and calculated at checkout.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order from a single branded sample. Small orders carry a minimum setup and handling charge, so per-unit pricing improves significantly from 25 units and is best at 250 units and up.

How long does production and delivery take?

1 to 15 business days from written artwork approval, depending on the product and branding method. Orders are delivered by courier anywhere in South Africa, or collected in Cape Town.

Which branding methods are available?

Pad printing, screen printing, embroidery, digital transfer, sublimation and laser engraving, depending on the product. Each product page lists the available methods, and one method is already included in the price.

How do I send my logo or artwork?

Upload your artwork on the product page when ordering, or WhatsApp it to +27 70 393 3504 after checkout. Professional artwork/design is included in the price, and production only starts once you approve the final artwork in writing.

Can I mix colours and sizes in one pack?

Yes. Choose a colour and size on the product page, or select the mixed option and give us the exact split in the branding instructions. Every order is confirmed with you before production.

Can I return custom branded goods?

Custom branded items are made to order specifically for you, so they generally can't be returned unless defective. That's why we require written artwork approval before production begins.
