We are looking for outlet staff to run our shops: people who can manage the outlet, do production, and keep every client and order on track from the first message to collection.
The roles
Outlet manager
Run the shop day to day: opening hours, stock, cash-up, the team roster and the standard of every job that leaves the counter.
Production
Get jobs made and out the door: prepare print files, print, finish, check and pack each order against the approved proof.
Clients and orders
Be the person clients deal with: take the brief, send quotes and proofs, follow up payment and keep each order on schedule.
People who finish the job
Every order that goes through an outlet is somebody's event, launch or uniform, usually with a date attached. We need people who take that seriously, who check before they print, and who tell a client the truth about what can be done by when.
- Good with people: on the counter, on the phone and on WhatsApp
- Organised enough to keep several orders moving at once
- Comfortable on a computer; design or print experience is a plus
- Reliable, on time, and proud of work that is done right

Where are the jobs?
At our outlets, starting with Cape Town and Durban, and at new outlets as they open. Tell us on the form which area suits you.
Do I need print experience?
It helps, but it is not required for every role. We train people who are organised, good with clients and keen to learn.
