About Print Fast Express

Print Fast Express (Pty) Ltd is a South African supplier of custom branded corporate gifts, clothing, display products and workwear. Our registered office and retail outlet are in Cape Town; our warehouse and dispatch site is in Durban. We deliver nationwide.

What we do

We supply a curated range of 550+ high-demand products — pens, notebooks, drinkware and gift sets; golf shirts, jackets, caps and T-shirts; banners, flags and gazebos; contis, hi-viz and safety footwear — branded with your logo. Pad printing, screen printing, embroidery, digital transfer, sublimation or laser engraving, depending on the product.

We are a reseller: the products themselves are made by their manufacturers, and we source them from South African trade suppliers. Branding is normally applied at the supplier's decoration facility, and in our own workshop where that is faster or better suited to the job. Either way your order is checked before it ships, and Print Fast Express (Pty) Ltd is the seller and the party you contract with.

How our pricing works

Every product is priced in quantity packs (25, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 units; the minimum order is 25 units). The price you see is the total for the pack and already includes branding, setup fees and professional artwork/design — no hidden extras. All prices include VAT, and delivery anywhere in South Africa is free. Bigger packs mean better per-unit prices: branded pens work out from R4.10 per unit including VAT on 1000-unit runs.

How checkout works

Checkout places a confirmed order at the price shown — that price is final, and we do not re-quote it. Payment is by EFT: your order confirmation and invoice carry our banking details. We then email an artwork proof of your branding, and production starts once the proof is approved and payment reflects.

How ordering works

  1. Pick a product and quantity pack, choose colour and size, add branding instructions and upload your artwork (or WhatsApp it afterwards).
  2. Our designers prepare your artwork — included in the price — and send it for your written approval.
  3. Production starts on approval; your order is branded, quality-checked and delivered anywhere in South Africa within 1–15 business days.
