Notebooks people keep
A branded notebook outlives almost every other conference giveaway because it has a job to do. This range covers hard and soft cover A5 journals, notepads, folders and desk stationery, plus 2027 diaries and diary-and-pen gift sets.
Hard cover, soft cover or diary
Hard cover notebooks feel substantial and survive a bag — the right pick for client gifting and executive packs. Soft cover journals cost less per unit and suit delegate bags and training packs where volume matters. A dated diary is a different proposition entirely: it is used every working day for a year, which makes it the single highest-exposure item in this category — but it is strictly seasonal, and 2027 stock sells through before year end.
Branding and gift sets
Most covers take screen printing or debossing, included in the price. A debossed logo on a PU cover reads as more premium and never wears off; screen printing gives you colour. Where you need the gift to feel complete, the diary-and-pen sets arrive boxed and branded together, which saves assembling packs by hand.
What the price includes
Every price on this page is the total for the pack shown, and it already covers branding, setup, artwork and design. VAT is included and delivery anywhere in South Africa is free — nothing further is added at checkout. Larger quantities drop the per-unit price, so the pack tiers are worth comparing before you order.
Ordering and lead time
Choose your pack size, add to cart and check out. We confirm stock and your branding artwork, then email a proforma invoice with EFT banking details. We send an artwork proof for approval, and production starts once the proof is approved and payment reflects. Lead time is 1–15 business days from artwork approval.
