Some of the best jobs start with a photograph of something somebody saw at a conference. Send it over: we will tell you whether we can get it, what it costs branded, and how long it takes.
Four things and we can start looking
We would rather tell you quickly that something is not worth doing than take the order and disappoint you later. If an item cannot be branded well, cannot land in time, or costs more than it is worth, we will say so and suggest what does work.

What is realistic
Honest lead times, so an event date does not get promised against an import that cannot land.

Sourcing branded products in South Africa
Between the ranges we carry and the suppliers we buy from, most requests are a matter of finding the right version of the thing rather than finding the thing at all. Sourcing is simply the part of the job that happens before the branding: matching what you have in mind to something that exists, can be branded properly, and lands when you need it.
Sourcing questions
How long does a sourcing answer take?
Usually the same working day for anything in the local ranges. Imported or custom-made items can take a few days, because we are waiting on a supplier to confirm too.
Do you charge for sourcing?
No. You pay for what you order, not for the looking.
Can you make something custom from scratch?
Sometimes, on volume: custom shapes, custom packaging, cut and sew clothing. It needs a longer runway and a deposit, and we will be straight with you about whether the quantity justifies it.
Can you brand something I already own?
Often, on approval and at your risk. Bring one sample first so we can test how it takes the branding before we run the batch.
