Production time and delivery time are two different things, and most missed deadlines come from adding them up wrong. This page sets out both.
What to expect
Delivery time starts when production finishes, not when you order.

Courier rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Large or bulky items such as gazebos and banners are quoted individually.
How to hit an event deadline
Add production, the courier and a buffer, then order earlier than that. If the date is tight, say so at the quote stage: we would rather rearrange the items than miss it.

Delivery across South Africa
Orders are couriered anywhere in South Africa, collected free from our Cape Town collection point, or collected in Durban by appointment. The site shows production time per item, and the courier adds its own days on top of that, which is the part most people forget when they are working back from an event.
Delivery questions
How much does delivery cost?
It is worked out at checkout by weight and destination, so you see it before you pay. Collection from our Cape Town collection point is free; Durban collection is by appointment.
Can I collect part of an order?
Yes, if part of it is finished and you need it sooner. Tell us and we will split it.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, though a business address with someone to sign for it is safer for a large order.
What if nobody is there to receive it?
The courier will attempt redelivery, and repeated failed attempts are charged. Give us a phone number that will be answered on the day.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not as standard. Ask and we will quote it case by case.
