A branded pen is the lowest cost per impression in promotional merchandise. It gets used daily, it gets lent and never returned, and it keeps your number in front of someone for months. The range runs from high-volume plastic ball pens to metal pens and boxed sets for client-facing gifting.
Plastic, metal or a set
Plastic ball pens are the volume workhorse — the right choice for conferences, expos, schools and counter giveaways where you need hundreds of units and unit cost drives the decision. Metal pens carry more weight in the hand and suit client meetings, signings and executive gifting. Boxed pen sets, often paired with a notebook, work as a standalone gift where a bare pen would look thin.
Branding a curved barrel
Pad printing is included on most pens in this range. It is the method suited to the curved, narrow surface of a barrel, and it reproduces a one- or two-colour logo cleanly. Keep artwork simple: fine serif text and thin gradients lose definition at the size a pen barrel allows. Send the highest-resolution logo you have and we will scale it properly at proofing. Pens carry a 25-unit minimum.
What the price includes
Every price on this page is the total for the pack shown, and it already covers branding, setup, artwork and design. VAT is included and delivery anywhere in South Africa is free — nothing further is added at checkout. Larger quantities drop the per-unit price, so the pack tiers are worth comparing before you order.
Ordering and lead time
Choose your pack size, add to cart and check out. We confirm stock and your branding artwork, then email a proforma invoice with EFT banking details. We send an artwork proof for approval, and production starts once the proof is approved and payment reflects. Lead time is 1–15 business days from artwork approval.
