Choosing by occasion
For conference delegate bags and expo giveaways, keep the unit cost low and the volume high: pens, lanyards, notepads and keyrings. For client thank-yous and year-end gifting, fewer units at a higher value lands better — a bound notebook and pen set, a vacuum flask, or a ready-made gift set in its own box. For staff onboarding, pick something practical they will use from day one: a bottle, a notebook and a decent pen.
Quantities and branding
Gifting items carry a 25-unit minimum. Most are priced with pad printing or screen printing included, which suits a one- or two-colour logo on a small area. Where a logo has gradients or fine detail, a digital or sublimation method reproduces it more faithfully — the product page lists every method available for that item and tells you which one is in the price.
What the price includes
Every price on this page is the total for the pack shown, and it already covers branding, setup, artwork and design. VAT is included and delivery anywhere in South Africa is free — nothing further is added at checkout. Larger quantities drop the per-unit price, so the pack tiers are worth comparing before you order.
Ordering and lead time
Choose your pack size, add to cart and check out. We confirm stock and your branding artwork, then email a proforma invoice with EFT banking details. We send an artwork proof for approval, and production starts once the proof is approved and payment reflects. Lead time is 1–15 business days from artwork approval.
